Dumbola Wan Online Service Agent is a locally owned business operating from Banz, Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea. We started because too many people in the highlands were losing days of travel and money chasing forms, offices and websites that could be handled from a phone.
Today we serve clients in Banz, Minj, Kudjip, Mt Hagen and right across Papua New Guinea — small business owners registering with the IPA, associations catching up on reregistration, families arranging travel, students submitting applications, and workers needing documents printed and lodged correctly.
Our role is simple: we take the online and paperwork burden off your shoulders, explain each requirement in plain language, and keep you updated until the job is done. We work in Tok Pisin and English, and we treat every job — a single printout or a full company registration — with the same care.
